GAMIFICATION – How video games have impacted other industries

Back in February 2010, Jane McGonigal, American game designer and author, spoke at a TED conference about gamification, a term she created after conducting research for her book, Reality is Broken: Why Games Make Us Better and How They Can Change The World.

This week, I discuss gamification, the utilization of game elements in non-game activities.
